Reports

Weblog Expert reports can be presented in a number of formats - pdf, html, csv - and stored locally or sent by email.

The new Report Window will appear as below, with the default report folder as shown.

The Report tab may already be populated and if E-mail had been selected, the screen will appear as below.

If you wish to store reports on the server, set Destination to Local drive and Format to HTML (recommended) or PDF.

If you wish Weblog Expert to email a person, persons or distribution group, set Destination to E-mail, Format to HTML and type the email address into the To field.

Click Finish to save the Profile and close the window.

In order for WebLog to email reports it is important to set up the SMTP address and sender email in the Options.
